Outlook crashing when gSyncit is installed.

In some instances after installing gSyncit users may notice that Outlook terminates when loading or reports that Outlook is indicating that gSyncit did not exit properly and Outlook wants to disable it.

To help determine the root cause of this issue it is recommended to check the Windows event logs accessible from the Windows control panel and look for any errors related to Outlook.
