Syncing Franklin Covey Task Priorities with Pocket Informant

To sync Outlook tasks using the Franklin Covey approach to prioritizing tasks you simply prefix the Outlook task with a priority identifier as follows...

{letter}{number}:{task subject}

For example, if you set the subject of your Outlook task as "A1: Delivery TFP reports" then this will sync with Pocket Informant Online and set the "fcPriority" fields available on your tasks. In the opposite direction if the "fcPriority" field is populated then gSyncit will automatically assign this information to the task subject field.

This approach only works when syncing using the Pocket Informant Online service.
