MOBILE PHONE/TABLET SYNCING

Use gSyncit to sync your Outlook data with Google, Toodledo, Dropbox, Evernote and/or Simplenote account. You then configure your phone to sync with any of these accounts using either the sync software included with your phone or other third party applications available for your mobile device.

Features
  • ONE and TWO WAY syncing of Outlook calendars, contacts, notes and tasks.

  • Sync with Google, Dropbox, Simplenote, Toodledo, Evernote and Nozbe

  • Sync with multiple Outlook profiles and service accounts (e.g. multiple Google accounts).

  • Automatically matches entries to prevent duplicate items when syncing.

  • Automatically sync items on a regular interval, between certain hours of the day, and/or when Outlook starts/exits.

  • Detailed sync options to control how and what you want to sync.

  • Keyword and Outlook category filters to control the Outlook content you want to sync.

  • Advanced options to sync Outlook items based on categories.

  • Sync Outlook distribution lists with Gmail groups.

  • Supports syncing tasks that follow the Getting Things Done! (GTD) methodology.

  • GMAIL NOTES SYNC: Supports the ability to sync Gmail notes to Outlook. This is a one-way sync allowing iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch) users to sync notes from their Apple mobile device to Gmail and then finally to Outlook. It is important to note again that this is a one-way sync from Gmail to Outlook.

  • OUTLOOK CATEGORY/GOOGLE TASK SYNC: Configure the task sync process to synchronize Outlook tasks with different Google task lists using the assigned Outlook category. This feature removes the need to create multiple task sync mappings for different categories.

  • TOODLEDO TASK & NOTES INTEGRATION: Added support for syncing and managing Outlook tasks and notes with the Toodledo service available via the web and on most mobile devices. Learn more about Toodledo at (http://www.toodledo.com).

  • EVERNOTE NOTES INTEGRATION: Syncing and managing Outlook notes with the Evernote service available via the web and on most mobile devices. Learn more about Evernote (http://www.evernote.com).

  • SIMPENOTES INTEGRATION: Syncing and managing Outlook notes with the Simplenote service available via the web and on most mobile devices. Learn more about Simplenote (http://www.simplenoteapp.com).

  • DROPBOX INTEGRATION: Syncing and managing Outlook notes with Dropbox available via the web and on most mobile devices. Learn more about Dropbox (http://www.dropbox.com).

  • NOZBE INTEGRATION: Sync Outlook tasks and notes with Nozbe. Learn more about Nozbe (http://www.nozbe.com).

  • GOOGLE API'S:  Updated to use the latest Google GDATA v1.8 API's for interfacing with Google services. In keeping up with the latest Google service updates we've updated gSyncit to include the latest service interfaces/API's for interfacing with Google "cloud" services.

  • OTHER ENHANCEMENTS: Ability to set the sync process priority, add a secondary reminder when syncing calendar events to the Google calendar, supports multiple Outlook profiles, sync when Outlook is not running, move completed tasks to another Outlook folder, and much more.

Wireless / Mobile Syncing

gSyncit does not sync directly with a mobile device since it only syncs data between Outlook and Google services. However, you can use gSyncit as part of a wireless sync solution to sync Outlook with any mobile device that can also sync with a Google account.

If your mobile device supports synchronization with Google (e.g. iPhone, HTC Droid, and Nexus One) then you can use gSyncit to sync your data between Outlook and Google and configure your mobile device to sync with your Google account as well.

This enables Google to act as a "conduit" for your data and removes the need for any USB (wired) synchronization between your PC and mobile device.

Google provides a number of mobile sync products to synchronize your mobile phone with Google services. For more information on Google mobile sync applications click here.

note: Your phone may not include the ability to sync with Google tasks or Google docs (notes) which will require the installation of additional third-party software to access this information on your mobile device.

Pricing / Licensing

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

You can use the unregistered version _before_ you purchase a license. The unregistered version is limited to synchronizing one Google and Outlook calendar, synchronizing 50 contacts/note/tasks entries and does not sync deletes for contacts/notes/tasks entries. Registration will remove these limitations and remove any registration/nag dialogs from the appliance.
