Key not valid for use in specified state

If you encounter the error "Key not valid for use in specified state"  or "object already exists" you can resolve this issue by taking the following steps ...

1. Go to C:\Users\(current user)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA
2. Delete all files in this folder or move to another temporary/backup folder
3. Run the gSyncit installer again.
